The Hydropole training System has been designed and developed by Water Fitness professionals and presenters. It has been designed to be a dynamic fully functional wet workout with a few flairs of the dance element. It is a core conditioning-cardio workout in the water with the intensity varying for all abilities.

Hydropole is a workout you won’t forget its dynamic, dancey and delicious. Focusing muscles in the core you never thought you had using the resistance for a real waistline water workout. The buoyancy of the water allows you to replicate gymast like flexibility and core strength. Then the addition of movement and transitions will challenge and focus those muscles.
The workshop will be largely practical based with lots of feedback and session designing. There will be some lectures during the day focusing on depths of submersion safe effective exercises, deck skills practice and the day will be very relaxed, great fun, informative but also giving time to deal with any queries.The pre-workshop requisite is candidates must hold a WATER FITNESS INSTRUCTOR certificate or similar
